Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Our Inside Sales Representative must be a motivated, self-starter and have the ability to build influential relationships with medical professionals and deliver timely results. As a member of our sales team, you will explore and understand intricate customer-patient needs in Canada, including the growing Quebec market. The inside sales representative will also assist in customer service and order entry. Candidates with strong organizations skills will be proficient at balancing different responsibilities.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic inside salesperson to join our expanding natural medicine supply company. For over 20 years, we have proudly served medical practitioners across Canada including: medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, dentists, homeopaths, chiropractors, nutritionists and more. Our uniquely formulated professional products sell themselves and contain clinically proven ingredients. We want to take these high quality products and open new doors with them. By championing our products, you will generate new customers, as well as identifying and closing business opportunities for existing customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and influence long-term strategic direction
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to support and build a foundation our customers can trust
  • Generate and develop business growth opportunities and territory strategies
  • Achievement of goals to initiate new business and close deals
  • Study and appreciate the practitioner-patient relationship to allow for a mutually beneficial partnership between our company and our customers
  • Handling incoming phone calls, order entry and customer service
  • Administrative support functions such as invoicing, filing, and mailings

Ideal Profile

  • You know you can sell and love doing it!
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales and B2B experience
  • Self-starter with initiative and positive attitude
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work and respond with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience using CRM systems (Sage CRM)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Technically minded, with a past history of order entry, call center or administrative functions
  • Sage ERP experience
  • College or University Education
  • Bondable (security screening)
